Deposit, Cancellation and Payment Information
Nonrefundable Deposit
- A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total is required by
check, PayPal, or wire transfer to confirm a reservation. The remaining portion of the balance (50%) and the security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations for major
holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter) a 75% deposit is required and the
remaining 25% balance must be paid 60 days in advance of arrival.
Nonrefundable deposit check must be made payable to:
- Casa del Secreto, S.A. de C.V.
- Checks made incorrectly will be returned and may cause the loss of your reservation.
- Or contact us for wire transfer information
- Write your reservation date and "Casa del Secreto" on the check and be sure to include a signed copy of the Reservations Contract.
- Checks must be written in US Dollars.
- Note Our No Refund/ Reschedule Only Policy: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- We strongly recommend that you acquire travel and/or wedding insurance thru a replicable agency to cover any monetary losses you may incur due to unforeseen events.

Use your credit card or bank account to send your payment using PayPal, safely and securely. Click the link below, or go directly to PayPal, create an account, go to "Send Money", then enter your deposit amount and our PayPal email address.
A 5% convenience fee will be added by us to all PayPal transactions.

Absolutely, No Rental Payments will be Refunded. If cancellation is for any reason including hospitalization, death in the family or a natural disaster such a Hurricane, an alternative week can be rescheduled at a later date. (Up to one year, from original reservation date.). No refunds will be made for outages of electricity, phone, broadband, satellite TV.
Payments made toward the cancelled reservation will be applied towards the rescheduled reservation, less a 10% rebooking fee. In submitting this Reservation Contract and the signing of your signature below, you are acknowledging and are in agreement with our No Refund ñ Only Reschedule Policy and therefore waive any future refund rights including charge backs if reservation is paid through MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal or any other debit/credit card not mentioned here.

The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and is payable in U.S. Dollars
(cash) or traveler's checks only. Casa del Secreto does not accept credit cards.
