 General Meal Service: Our kitchen, chef and his staff are for private service, catering only to our guests and family. We do not provide service to the public. We kindly request that guests who wish one of our 4 day or 7 day Meal Plan Services that you please send us your menu selections 1 week prior to arrival so that we may provision accordingly to provide excellent service with the freshest of ingredients.
Guests who do not wish one of the Meal Plan options may certainly order A la Carte as they wish from the Menu. We prefer a 1 day notice but are happy to provide a service with only a moment’s notice if at all possible. A la Carte service will depend on how busy the kitchen is with Meal Plan Services for other guests in our other villas and the fresh ingredients in stock. Our chef will be happy to recommend another option if your desired entrée is not available.
A 20% gratuity for all Food and Beverage Service will automatically be added to your bill.
Private service in your villa is available or dining in our beautiful Palapa is also available.
